STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm CST at the rate of 3 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the lot closing.
LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 16513 Cornerstone Drive; Belton Missouri on Friday, August 29th from 1-5pm or on Saturday, August 30th from 9am-12pm. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials & moving equipment.
